Forging
800 kg (1 No.), 1100 kg (1 No.) and 1700 kg (2 Nos.) forging hammers, supported by 1000-ton forging presses (2 Nos).
Heat Treatment
360 kg/hr capacity for Hardening & Tempering and 480 kg/hr for Normalizing.
Raw Material Testing
In-house ISO 9001:2015 certified steel testing lab with Macro, Inclusion, Grain size and Micro Testing, plus NDT & NDE.
Machining
41 CNCs and 5 VMCs enabling high-precision, efficient and consistent machining of forged components.
Inspection
Surface Finish Tester, Trimos Digital Height Gauge and Contourograph for dimensional, profile and surface-finish inspection.
